Xiomara Melendez-Amaya is the Office Manager, Financial Service Administrative Assistant, a licensed Notary and Insurance Agent. A member of the team since 2000, she is the office’s friendly receptionist and ensures the firm runs smoothly by maintaining all files, completing financial paperwork, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients.

Born in El Salvador, Xiomara speaks Spanish fluently. She and her family moved to Oakland in 1989. Prior to working at the Financial Fitness Center™, she worked at a law firm in San Francisco and at Alameda County Medical Center (ACMC).
